Products & Quality

What form do your peptides come in?

All of our peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form. This is the most stable form for storage and shipping. Before use in the laboratory, the peptide must be reconstituted with a sterile solvent such as bacteriostatic water.

How do you verify purity?

Three vials from every batch are randomly selected and submitted to an independent, certified third-party laboratory. Testing includes HPLC for purity, mass spectrometry for identity, and LAL testing for endotoxins. Our batches consistently achieve 99%+ purity levels. Results are published on our Batch Lookup Tool.

How do I look up lab results for my batch?

Visit our Lab Tests page where all test results are listed by product. Find your product, locate your batch number (printed on your vial label), and view the purity, net peptide content, and endotoxin results. You can also open the full Certificate of Analysis (COA) PDF directly from there. Results are also shown on each product page under the lab data section.

Are your products intended for human use?

No. All products sold by Instant Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application. You must be 21 or older to purchase.

How should I store my peptides?

Store lyophilized peptides in a freezer at -4°F (-20°C) or below. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 36–46°F (2–8°C). Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, direct sunlight, and humidity. See our full Storage & Handling Guide for detailed instructions.

Ordering

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount. You can purchase as little as a single vial. Free shipping is available on orders over $200 (before tax, after discounts) in a single transaction.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are final once placed. We are unable to modify, cancel, or combine orders after checkout. Please double-check your cart, product selections, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Do you offer a first-order discount?

Yes. New customers can receive a 10% discount on their first order by signing up for our email list. The discount code will be sent to your email after signup.

Shipping & Delivery

How do you ship orders?

All orders ship via FedEx 2-Day Air from our temperature-controlled, secure facility in Tempe, Arizona. Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days from the date of shipment. Some rural areas may experience slight delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier conditions. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Is free shipping available?

Yes. Free shipping via FedEx 2-Day Air is available on all single orders over $200 (before tax, after discounts) to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders must meet the $200 threshold in one transaction and cannot be combined across multiple orders.

Delivery Guarantee

What is the Delivery Guarantee?

Our Delivery Guarantee is an optional add-on available at checkout that covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit or after delivery. If something goes wrong with your shipment, our team handles the replacement or reimbursement directly.

What happens if I decline the Delivery Guarantee?

If you choose not to add the Delivery Guarantee at checkout, you assume full responsibility for your package once it is handed over to the carrier. Instant Peptides is not liable for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages when the Delivery Guarantee has been declined. By declining, you agree to self-insure your shipment.

How do I file a Delivery Guarantee claim?

If you purchased the Delivery Guarantee and need to file a claim, visit claims.instantpeptides.com and follow the claim process. Our support team reviews and resolves all claims directly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges under normal circumstances. A limited exception exists for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our full Refund Policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence. Reports submitted after the 48-hour window are not eligible. Refunds, replacements, or store credit are issued solely at our discretion.
