Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States using FedEx 2-day shipping.
Estimated delivery times: 2 to 3 business days. Some rural areas may experience slight delays.
Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or due to weather and other external factors. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all single orders over $200 (before tax and after discounts). Orders must meet the $200 minimum in one transaction. Orders cannot be combined or modified after checkout.
Delivery Guarantee
At checkout, customers may choose to add our Delivery Guarantee, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit or after delivery.
If the Delivery Guarantee is purchased: Instant Peptides will handle replacements or reimbursements for qualifying shipping issues. You may file a claim here.
If the Delivery Guarantee is not purchased: the customer assumes full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Instant Peptides is not liable under any circumstances for shipping issues once the order has been handed to the carrier, including loss in transit, misdelivery, theft after delivery, carrier error, or damaged items.
Declining the Delivery Guarantee means you agree to self-insure your shipment and understand that Instant Peptides cannot replace, refund, or credit orders affected by carrier-related issues.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are final once placed. We do not allow modifications, additions, cancellations, or combining multiple orders. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before completing your purchase.
Product Handling
All products are packaged securely to ensure integrity during transit. Items are handled according to proper storage practices for research materials.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or if the carrier reports the shipment as lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Instant Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages unless the Delivery Guarantee was purchased. Without the Delivery Guarantee, no replacements, refunds, or credits will be issued for any carrier-related delivery issue.
If you purchased the Delivery Guarantee, please file a claim here for the fastest resolution.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@instantpeptides.com with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.
Without the Delivery Guarantee: Instant Peptides is not able to replace or refund orders damaged during transit. Only the Delivery Guarantee provides coverage for transit-related damage.
With the Delivery Guarantee: please file a claim here to receive a replacement or reimbursement.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
