Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made from Instant Peptides LLC ("Instant Peptides," "we," "us," or "our") through https://instantpeptides.com and related services. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, subject only to the limited exceptions outlined below.
1. All Sales Final
All products sold by Instant Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. Because of the sensitive nature of research materials:
- Returns are not accepted
- Refunds are not provided
- Exchanges are not permitted
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except as expressly stated in this Policy.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged prior to shipment, or incorrect, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
To be eligible for review, you must provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging
Reports submitted after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for review.
Any refund, replacement, or store credit is issued solely at the discretion of Instant Peptides and may be reduced by any non-refundable payment processing fees.
3. Shipping Issues, Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Delivery Guarantee
At checkout, customers may optionally add our Delivery Guarantee, which provides coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
- If the Delivery Guarantee was purchased, claims can be submitted at claims.instantpeptides.com
- Claims must follow the Delivery Guarantee claim process and timelines
Our support team reviews and resolves all Delivery Guarantee claims directly.
Orders Without Delivery Guarantee
If the Delivery Guarantee is declined at checkout:
- Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed to the carrier
- Instant Peptides cannot issue refunds, replacements, or credits for carrier-related issues, including loss, theft, misdelivery, or transit damage
By declining the Delivery Guarantee, you acknowledge and agree that you are self-insuring your shipment.
4. Carrier Delays & Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Instant Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather events
- Carrier operational issues or backlogs
- Customs or regulatory processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or credits.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
You are responsible for inspecting your shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Any visible damage or shortages must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours
- Failure to report issues within this timeframe voids eligibility for review
If the Delivery Guarantee was purchased, claims can be submitted at claims.instantpeptides.com.
6. Payment Processing Fees
All approved refunds, credits, or adjustments are issued net of any non-refundable payment processing fees, including but not limited to merchant processing, network, or gateway fees.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback in violation of this Policy or our Terms & Conditions may result in:
- Account suspension or closure
- Loss of future purchasing privileges
- Submission of evidence to the payment processor to contest the chargeback
Chargebacks do not replace or supersede the claims and review process outlined in this Policy.
8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns & Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
