Research Tool
Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
Enter your vial strength, the volume of bacteriostatic water you plan to reconstitute with, and the research quantity per administration. The calculator returns the mg/mL concentration, the corresponding mark on a U-100 insulin syringe, and how many research quantities the reconstituted vial contains.
Research Use Only. This calculator is provided for laboratory researchers handling reference compounds. Output figures are mathematical conversions only and do not constitute dosing guidance for human or veterinary use.

How the math works
- Concentration (mg/mL)
- Vial strength ÷ reconstitution volume.
- Volume per quantity (mL)
- Research quantity ÷ concentration. Units are converted internally — mcg, mg, g, and IU are all supported.
- Syringe units (U-100)
- A U-100 insulin syringe is calibrated so 100 units = 1 mL. Syringe units = volume per quantity (mL) × 100.
- Research quantities per vial
- Vial strength ÷ research quantity. Reflects how many measurement-equivalent quantities the reconstituted vial contains.
Storage & handling
After reconstitution: refrigeration, light, and stability guidance.
