How It Works
Instant Rewards is our loyalty program that lets you earn points on every qualifying purchase. Points accumulate in your account and can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. The more you shop, the more you save.

Earning Points
You earn points based on the dollar amount of your qualifying purchases. The standard earn rate is displayed at checkout, so you always know exactly how many points you will receive before placing your order.
Key Details
- Points are awarded after your order is confirmed by our team
- Points are calculated on the order subtotal (before shipping and taxes)
- Certain product categories (cases, lab supplies, accessories) are excluded from earning
- Your estimated points earned are shown at checkout before you place your order
Redeeming Points
Once you have accumulated enough points, you can apply them at checkout for a dollar discount on your order. The redemption value and any minimum thresholds are displayed clearly in the rewards section during checkout.
Redemption Rules
- A minimum of 1 points is required before you can redeem
- Points can cover up to 50% of your order total (not the full amount)
- You choose how many points to apply — use some or all of your available balance
- Redeemed points are deducted from your balance immediately upon order placement
Boost Days & Multipliers
From time to time, we run special promotions where you can earn points at an accelerated rate. Keep an eye on your email and our site for announcements about these limited-time events.
Global Multipliers
During boost events, all qualifying purchases earn points at a multiplied rate. For example, a 2x boost day means you earn double the standard points on every order.
Product Bonuses
Specific products may carry bonus point multipliers or flat bonus points. These are highlighted on product pages when active, so you can plan your purchases accordingly.
Bundle Bonuses
Ordering multiple qualifying products in a single order may trigger bundle bonuses, giving you extra points or a multiplier on top of your standard earnings. Bundle promotions are announced via email and displayed at checkout when active.
Managing Your Rewards
You can view your full rewards information at any time from your account dashboard.
Your Account Shows
- Current point balance and its approximate dollar value
- Lifetime points earned and total points redeemed
- Complete transaction history with dates and details
- Any active multiplier events or promotions
To check your balance, log in and visit the Rewards tab in your account page.
Common Questions
Do points expire?
Points do not currently have an expiration date. However, we reserve the right to adjust program terms with advance notice.
Can I earn and redeem on the same order?
Yes. You can apply existing points for a discount and still earn new points on the remaining balance of qualifying items.
How will I know about boost events?
Boost days and multiplier events are announced via email and may be displayed on the site. Make sure you are signed up for our mailing list to stay informed.
Program Terms. Instant Rewards is subject to change. We may modify earn rates, redemption values, multiplier events, or other program details at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance where possible. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
